The Garden
The garden is a 15 acre Grade II listed Spring garden divided in two parts: The Upper Garden features rhododendrons, tree ferns, magnolias, camellias and some magnificent trees and shrubs. You have a choice of many paths leading through this area. From the top lawn, you can, through the trees, see the sea.
The Valley Garden, reached by a wooden bridge, contains a network of ponds, giant tree ferns and gunnera in a luxuriant, wild, somewhat primeval woodland setting. It preserves a jungle-like exuberance.
